1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoon chopped leek
3/4 tablespoon butter
salt pepper
garlic
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 egg
nutmeg
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Mix all ingredients.Make balls; fry in butter brown on all sides . Add 1/2 a cup of water let simmer for 25 minutes. Till gravy has thickened.Enjoy!
