500g ground beef
50g bacon
1 onion (1 slice) chopped
2 eggs
1 teaspoon parsely
flour
1 clove garlic
1 small glass white wine
1 tablespoon chopped celery
pinch of nutmeg
pepper salt
2 slices bread white
2 tablespoons milk
olive oil or fat
Grind meat, bacon and slice of onion in grinder. Mix meat with 1 egg, one eggyolk,parsely, nutmeg, celery, pepper, salt. Cut crusts from bread; soak bread in milk. Mix milk with breadcrumbs through meat. Make little balls roll them through flour. Bake them brown quickly in hot oil and put them in another pan. Use same oil for chopped onion minced garlic and mix in 1 tablespoon flour. When flour is colored add wine glass of water; mix sauce well and finish it with salt and pepper. Add sauce to balls; put lid on pan and let balls simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve in deep bowl and keep them warm if desired. Enjoy!
