1/4 cup bulgur (fine rice )
1 cup water
750g ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cinnemon
30g pinepitts
1 egg beaten
tabbouleh (salad of parsely mint onion bulgur )
Soak bulgur in water for 30 minutes;drain well. Mix all other ingredients divide into 12 portions. Make a sausage from a portion and stick on skewer. Put them on a grill or oven for 8 minutes till brown and done. Flip now and then.Serve with taboulleh and pitabread if you want to do original. Enjoy!
