pinch nutmeg
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped celery
Mix meat and spice well; divide in 8 portions of flat round cookies. Stir in salt, celery, flour 1 egg,1/2 cup milk tosmooth mixture .Put meat cookies in oven dish and poor over dough mixture.Put dish in medium hot oven 350F and let everything get brown and done in 30 minutes. Enjoy!
