400g ground meat
salt pepper
1 tablespoon parsly
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 tablespoon rusk crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
1 tin tomatopaste
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup water
1 tablespoon milk
drops Maggi aroma
2 tablespoons boiled rice
4 tablespoons raw rice
1 chopped onion
Mix meat,salt, pepper,Maggi, parsly, paprika powder,1tabsp rusk crumbs, milk, boiled rice and shape 4 balls. Roll these balls through raw rice so they look like a hedgehock. Fry the onion in butter; add tomatoepaste and flour.Carefully add water;keep stirring on medium heat till sauce has thickened.Bring balls into sauce and let simmer for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
