bread slices
ham eggyolk
1/2 cup ground beef
salt pepper
nutmeg
garlic
grated cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Spice beef with salt, pepper, parsley, nutmeg, garlic. Fry ground beef till done. Fry bread without crust in pan with some butter. Cover each slice of bread with ham and beef on top. Make a thick bechamel sauce.Per cup of sauce 1 eggyolk and tablespoon of grated cheese. Put sauce over ham; place bread in hot oven. Sprinkle with paprika powder and Serve hot! Enjoy!
