4 big paprikas |
400g ground vegetarian meat |
1 egg |
salt pepper |
1 tablespoon paprika powder |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 chopped onion |
1 tin tomatopaste |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 teaspoon basil |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix vegetarian meat ,1 egg,salt, pepper,parsley, 1tablespoon paprika powder and fill paprikas with it. Fry onions on low fire; dont brown them.Mix in tomatopaste and flour,add two cups of water and let it come to boil.Turn heat low. Add basil and put paprikas in it while just enough space.Simmer for about 30 minutes.Serve with rice .Have fun and Enjoy! |
