Ranch burgers

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground vegetarian beef
1/2 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1/2 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons crushed saltine crackers
1/2 onion, chopped

more:

1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
HOW TO MAKE


HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat the grill for high heat. In a bowl, mix the ground vegetarian beef, ranch dressing mix, egg, celery,crushed crackers, and onion. Form into vegetarian hamburger patties. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place patties on the grill, and cook 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Enjoy!
