1 1/2 pounds ground vegetarian meat |
1/2 chopped onion |
few drops Maggi |
2 cups cornflakes or oatmeal |
1 egg beaten |
salt pepper |
1 can vegetablesoup |
1 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon chopped celery |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |

A colorful recipe for your friends today! Mix all ingredients well except for the soup( no vermicelli!). Put mixture in oven dish for an hour. Lots of juice will popup along the sides. Use this for the top of our vegetarian meatloaf preventing it from drying out. The result is a tasty colorful vegetarian meatloaf! Have fun! |
