Mattar kachori

Ingredients

400g flower
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/5 teaspoon sugar
5 tablespoons butter
400g bround vegetarian beef
pinch of bakingpowder
oil
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

100g peas
2-3 chilipeppers seeded chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon curry
1 1/2 tablespoons lemmonjuice
HOW TO MAKE


HOW TO MAKE:
Mix flour, salt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar.Add 4 tablespoons butter.Mix well knead till mixture are like crumbs. Add 100g mashed peas, 7 tabsp cold water.Knead till smooth and soft.Cover dough with foil set aside 50 minutes. Heat rest of butter add chili's and ginger fry 30 seconds.Put in curry, lemmonjuice, bakingpowder, sugar and then add vegetarian meat. Fry 20 minutes till done.Divide in 18 portions. Divide dough in 18 portions.Flatten cookies with 2-inch diameter. Fill cookie with vegetarian meat filling.And close cookie by bringing the edges to eachother.Do it your way. Make all cookies this way. Heat oil to 350F till lightbrown and sounding hollow when you tap them.The outside should be crunchy.Enjoy!
