Danish balls

Ingredients

5 ounces ground vegetarian beef
2-1/2 ounces ground vegetarian pork
2-1/2 ounces ground vegetarian veal
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
2/3 cup vegetable broth
2/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon chopped celery

more:

5/8 eggs
1 tablespoon and 2-1/4 teaspoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons & 2 teaspoons cream
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup butter
HOW TO MAKE


HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix vegetarian beef, vegetarian pork, vegetarian veal, salt, pepper, eggs, celery,onion and heavy cream. With moistened hands, shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll the balls in the bread crumbs until all balls are well coated. Arrange in a single layer on a large, shallow baking sheet.

STEP2
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir in the flour. Gradually stir in the vegetable broth. Spice it with curry. Continue stirring until thickened and bubbly, then blend in the sour cream and fresh dill.

STEP3:
Melt remaining butter in a small saucepan, and drizzle over the vegetarian meatballs. Bake vegetarian meatballs in the preheated oven 35 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned. Place vegetarian meatballs in a chafing dish and cover with the sauce to serve.Enjoy!
