Ingredients |
| 1 1/2 pounds ground vegetarian meat |
| 1 chopped onion |
| salt pepper |
| 1/4 cup flour |
| 2 cup milk |
| pinch cinnemon |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery |
| 1 egg beaten |
| 2 cup breadcrumbs |
| some drops Maggi |
| 1 teaspoon paprika powder |
| pinch nutmeg |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Grease an oven dish ;sprinkle with paprika powder. Mix egg with mea,t flour and milk keep stirring. Add onion,breadcrumb, salt, pepper, celery, aroma, nutmeg and cinnamon.Mix all well. Put in oven dish.Put this in a pan of hot water place in medium heated oven for an hour. Garnish with slices of carrot and parsley. Enjoy! |
