Ingredients |
| 500g ground vegetarian meat |
| 2 tablespoons oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon majoram |
| 1/2 bay leaf |
| 2 leeks |
| sprig of celery |
| 1 teaspoon paprika powder |
| aroma |
| salt pepper |
| 1 1/2L water |
| 200 g macaroni |
| 1 can boiled white beans undrained |
| grated cheese |
| pinch of cumin |
| 1 clove garlic minced |
| 500g tomatoes |
| little cauliflower |
| little cauliflower 250g green beans |
| couple of parsley sprigs |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Heat oil; fry vegetarian meat;add spices .Cut leeks, tomatoes and chopped garlic. Chop cauliflower and green beans.Add leeks, minced garlic, cumin,tomatoes, cauliflower,green beans to vegetarian meat; let fry along shortly and add ,parsley, celery, teaspoon paprika powder,aroma,salt, pepper, water. Put a lid on the pan and simmer till green beans are just done. Add macaroni and white beans.When macaroni is ready sprinkle over some grated cheese. Enjoy! |
