| 400g ground vegetarian meat |
| salt pepper |
| 1 tablespoon parsly |
| 1 teaspoon paprika powder |
| 1 tablespoon rusk crumbs |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| 1 tin tomatopaste |
| 1 tablespoon flour |
| 1 cup water |
| 1 tablespoon milk |
| drops Maggi aroma |
| 2 tablespoons boiled rice |
| 4 tablespoons raw rice |
| 1 chopped onion |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Mix vegetarian meat,salt, pepper,Maggi, parsly, paprika powder,1tabsp rusk crumbs, milk, boiled rice and shape 4 balls. Roll these balls through raw rice so they look like a hedgehock. Fry the onion in butter; add tomatoepaste and flour.Carefully add water;keep stirring on medium heat till sauce has thickened.Bring balls into sauce and let simmer for 40 minutes. Enjoy! |
