| 500g ground vegetarian meat |
| salt pepper |
| 1/4 cup of flour |
| 6 hard boiled eggs |
| 1 raw egg |
| 1 cup breadcrumbs |
| oil |
| 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| 1/2 tablespoon chopped celery |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Knead vegetarian meat, salt, pepper, parsley,celery, flour firmly. Peel eggs and make a ball of vegetarian meat around every egg ; roll balls through egg and breadcrumbs. Fry balls goldenbrown.Cut them in two and place them cutting edge down. Enjoy! |
