6 hard boiled eggs |
1 raw egg |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
oil |
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley |
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Knead vegetarian meat, salt, pepper, parsley,celery, flour firmly. Peel eggs and make a ball of vegetarian meat around every egg ; roll balls through egg and breadcrumbs. Fry balls goldenbrown.Cut them in two and place them cutting edge down. Enjoy! |
