Mexican Dish

Ingredients

2 tabespoons oil
1 cup rice
500g ground vegetarian meat
1 chopped onion
1 minced clove garlic
pinch cayenne
pinch of cumin

more:

500g tomatoes
1 cup stock - 2 cubes
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon chilipowder
HOW TO MAKE


HOW TO MAKE:
Heat oil; add raw rice let it take a light yellow color.Add loose vegetarian beef, cumin, onion, garlic and let fry for a few minutes. Cut tomatoes in parts and with the other ingredients add to rice;stir, put a lid on pan and let stand for 30-40 minutes.Use long boil rice. Bon appetit!
