| pinch of thyme |
| pinch of oregano |
| pinch of rosemary |
| salt pepper |
| 2 tablespoons chopped onion |
| 1 tablespoon parsley |
| 2 tablespoons celery |
| cheese is desired |
| 6 rolls |

| Hello evryone!
We mix all ingredients. Butter the rolls. Make burgers (flatten balls). Fry them till light brown not done yet. Put burgers hot on rolls; STEP 2 Sprinkle a little fine chopped parsley over them. Serve with cheese, pickle, tomato, fried and raw onions in thin slices, red sauces and mayonaise. Enjoy! |
