Ingredients |
2 tablespoons chopped onion |
2 cup breadcrumbs |
juice of 1/2 lemmon |
2 beaten eggs |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
pepper |
750 gr ground vegetarian meat |
200g vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute |
1/2 cup rusk crumbs |
50g vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute thinly sliced |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Stir breadcrumbs, onion, lemmonjuice, parsley, salt, pepper through beaten eggs. Finely cut vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute mix with vegetarian meat and give it a bread shape. Evenly sprinkle crumbs over it and place slices of vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute around it. Wrap vegetarian meatloaf in tin foil so loaf wont dry out.Put in pre heated (hot 375F) oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 300F (medium) and let stand for half an hour more. Bon Appetit! |
