| 2 pounds ground vegetarian beef |
| 1 cup celery rings |
| 2 cup rice |
| 1 cup onion chopped |
| 1/2 can champignon soup |
| garlic to taste. |
| crispy vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute cubes if desired |
| 1 little can celery soup |
| salt pepper |
| bit of ginger |
| 2 tablespoons soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery |

| Hello folks! Today we use soy sauce Fry vegetarian beef; keep it loose.Dont crumble it too much.Fry onion (& vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute) till golden. Keep low temperature. Meanwhile boil rice.Mix rice with vegetarian meat mixture. Stir in soup add salt, pepper,soy sauce , ginger and veggie. STEP2 Use some ginger powder instead..? Dont take more than a pinch ginger. Put everything in oven dish for 45 minutes max. Medium heat. Enjoy! |
