| 2 pounds ground vegetarian meat |
| 75g cashewnut paste |
| 2 eggs beaten |
| 2 teaspoon curry |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger |
| 55g butter |
| Garnish parts and slices lemmon onion cabbage |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery |
| 8 chilipeppers green |
| 1 tablespoon fresh coriander |
| 3 tablespoons oil |
| 40g onions |
| salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Hi there! Today we mix all ingredients except butter.Set aside for 15 minutes. Divide in 12 even portions; make balls. Heat oven to 375F. Put bal on skewer and make a sausage of it with wet handpalms about 2-3 inch, 8-10 minutes in pre-heated oven till done. STEP2 Get kebabs out of oven. Grease with butter and again in oven for 2 minutes. Get kebabs from skewer and place them on bowl. Garnish with parts and slices of lemmon, onion, cabbage. Serve with rice, at least 2 kinds of vegetables and your very own (cucumber) salad Bon appetit! |
