Ingredients |
| 1/4 cup bulgur (fine rice ) |
| 1 cup water |
| 750g ground vegetarian beef |
| 1 onion |
| 2 cloves garlic |
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| 1 teaspoon cumin |
| 1/2 teaspoon cinnemon |
| 30g pinepitts |
| 1 egg beaten |
| tabbouleh (salad of parsely mint onion bulgur ) |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Soak bulgur in water for 30 minutes;drain well. Mix all other ingredients divide into 12 portions. Make a sausage from a portion and stick on skewer. Put them on a grill or oven for 8 minutes till brown and done. Flip now and then.Serve with taboulleh and pitabread if you want to do original. Enjoy! |
