yoghurt sauce: Cut cucumber in very thin slices mix with yoghurt and coriander. Variation : use yoghurt mayonaise. Oil in heavy skillet. Onion and nuts on medium heat till brown. Add vegetarian meat; fry for 5-10 minutes till brown and juice evaporated. Cool down. Mix in 1/4 cup raisins ,1 cup cheddar, coriander finely chopped, celery, fresh mint, pepper. Cut phyllo dough lengthwise in 4 parts. Put melted butter on it. Put 1 tablespoon of vegetarian meat mixture on dough and roll up, close sides of rolls. Place little rolls in oven for 15-20 minutes till brown. Serve with yoghurt sauce. Enjoy! |
