Tunesian vegetarian meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb. chopped vegetarian beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 spoon chopped parsley
dash of nutmeg
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
a dash of saffron
a bit of cinnamon
pepper
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon chopped celery

more:

salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon chopped celery
For the sauce:
1/2 cup chopped Onion
HOW TO MAKE


HOW TO MAKE:
Mix the vegetarian meat, bread crumbs, parsley, celery,nutmeg, Onion powder, salt, pepper, egg and water. Form the mixture into vegetarian meatballs and brown in broiler until golden brown. Steam the tomatoes and Onion. Put the vegetarian meat, steamed tomatoes and onions and all remaining seasonings into a pot along with the tomato juice. Close tightly and simmer gently for 30 minutes.Enjoy!
