Filled schnitzels

Ingredients
400g ground meat
salt white pepper
fresh black pepper from mill
4 slices of cheese if desired
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Mix meat salt,parsley, white pepper and form 8 flat and long thin burgers. Put cheese on burger. On top of cheese another burger.Press the sides so cheese wont show anymore. Take schnitzels through egg and breadcrumbs press them good in meat mixture. Fry them over medium heat till done and brown.Serve with mashed potato or bread.Happy meal. Enjoy!
