500g ground meat
salt pepper
1 tablespoon coconut grated
1 teaspoon cumin
1 flat tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 onion
good pinch of coriander
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon parsly
slice of white bread soaked in milk,no crust, drained
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.Fry 4 balls in butter for 20 minutes. Make a yoghurt or mild curry sauce. Let balls simmer in sauce for 10 minutes till done. Eat with rice. Enjoy!
