Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup celery rings
2 cup rice
1 cup onion chopped
1/2 can champignon soup
garlic to taste.
crispy bacon cubes
if desired
1 little can celery soup
salt pepper
bit of ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped celery
Hello folks!
Today we use soy sauce
Fry beef; keep it loose.Dont crumble it too much.Fry onion (& bacon) till golden. Keep low temperature. Meanwhile boil rice.Mix rice with meat mixture. Stir in soup add salt, pepper,soy sauce , ginger and veggie.

Use some ginger powder instead..? Dont take more than a pinch ginger. Put everything in oven dish for 45 minutes max. Medium heat.
