500g ground beef
3/4 cup mashed potatoes
1 beaten eggs
salt pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon celery
6 rolls
Mix all ingredients. Butter the rolls. Make burgers (flatten balls) Fry them till light brown; not done yet. Put burgers hot on rolls; sprinkle a little fine chopped celery over it. Serve with pickle, tomato, (fried) onions, red sauces and mayonaise. Enjoy!
