Ingredients
salt pepper
250g groundbeef
teaspoon vinegar
nutmeg
1clove garlic
pinch of cumin
thin sliced bacon
1/2 teaspoon majoram
2 tomatoes
onion chopped
bit of thyme
Spice beef with salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, cumin, teaspoon vinegar,majoram. Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. Wrap around 1 or 2 slices of bacon till all meat is covered. Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides. Add 2 tomatoes chopped onion a bit of thyme. Deglaze, cool with half cup of water, let simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes till done. Enjoy!
