salt pepper
4 tablespoons butter
4 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Mix meat with salt ,celery, parsley, pepper make 4 cookies quickly fry them over. Make a hole in center of stakes and break an egg into it.Put lid on the pan and let egg get harder .Sprinkle parsley over it. Serve with fried potatoes. Bon appetit!
