Balls in beer sauce

Ingredients
500g ground beef
1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup beer
1 cup water
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon worcestershiresaus
salt pepper
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoon butter
Soak bread in water and mix with meat, egg, onion, garlic, worcestershiresaus, salt, pepper, celery. Knead 8 balls; get them through flour, fry them golden brown fast. Add beer and water and let them simmer over medium heat. Bind saus with flour . Tasty!
