500g ground beef
2cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar
juice from 1/2 lemmon
pinch of rosemary
salt pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoons celery
6 rolls
Mix all ingredients Butter the rolls. Make burgers (flatten balls) Fry them till light brown not done yet. Put burgers hot on rolls.
STEP 2
Serve with pickle, tomato, (fried) onions, red sauces and mayonaise.
