2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 cup breadcrumbs
juice of 1/2 lemmon
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
pepper
750 gr ground meat
200g bacon
1/2 cup rusk crumbs
50g bacon thinly sliced
Stir breadcrumbs, onion, lemmonjuice, parsley, salt, pepper through beaten eggs. Finely cut bacon mix with meat and give it a bread shape. Evenly sprinkle crumbs over it and place slices of bacon around it. Wrap meatloaf in tin foil so loaf wont dry out.Put in pre heated (hot 375F) oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 300F (medium) and let stand for half an hour more. Bon Appetit!
