Ingredients
salt pepper
250g ground beef
teaspoon vinegar
nutmeg
1clove garlic
1 tablespoon chopped celery
thin sliced bacon
1/2 teaspoon majoram
champignons
cream
cognac or vieux if desired
Spice beef with salt, pepper, celery, nutmeg, garlic, teaspoon vinegar,majoram. Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. wrap around 1or 2 slices of bacon till all meat is covered. Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides for 10 minutes.Remove meat from skillet; fry mushrooms, add cream and add some cognac or vieux if desired to. Give the cream sauce a spicy taste. Enjoy!
