Ancient burger

Ingredients
500g ground beef
salt pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoon celery
6 rolls
1 tablespoon chopped celery
Today we mix all ingredients and butter the rolls.
STEP 1
Make burgers (flatten balls) fry them till light brown but not done yet. Put burgers hot on rolls; sprinkle a little fine chopped celery over it.
STEP 2
Serve with, little round pommes potatoes, pickle, tomato, a lot of (fried) onions, red sauces and mayonaise.
