Gruyere steaks

Ingredients
400g ground meat
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoons worcestershiresauce
1 teaspoon mustard
salt pepper
1 teaspoon paprika powder
100g Gruyere
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
Mix everyting except cheese;make 8 little flat steaks. Cut cheese; put in center of a steak; put another steak on top; close edges so cheese is locked up. Fry them in some butter hot, ready and done. Enjoy!
