Ingredients
400g Steak tartare
1 chopped onion
salt pepper
2 tablespoons butter
4 slices bread
4 eggs
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
Mix meat with parsley, onion,salt, pepper. Fry golden, quickly on both sides.Remove from skillet; keep warm. Fry bread in butter light yellow and put on each of them a little steak. Crown it with a fried egg on top. Enjoy!
