8 small tomatoes
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
Take crust from bread; squeeze lemmon;soak bread in lemmon juice. Mix meat,salt, pepper, bread , celery,parsley.Shortly fry the onion and add to meat. Make 1 big ball take 3 tablespoons of butter and quickly fry brown on all sides over high heat. Put ball in oven dish;peel tomatoes and place them around big bal; add 1/2 cup of water. Place in oven over medium heat (350F) for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
