Ingredients

400g ground meat
2 cloves
1/2 cup diced cucumber
3 tomatoes
1 onion
4 eggplants
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
pinch of cumin
Mix meat with garli, cumin, salt, pepper, 2 teaspoons paprika powder and form 8 little croquettes. Bake them golden brown in butter; keep them apart.Fry cucumber , 3 tomatoes, 1 onion. Cut eggplants in two halves lenghtwise and fill the center with rolls of meat. Put the unpeeled eggplant upsidedown in frying pan between tomatoes. Fry a few minutes, add eggplant and meat to sauce in pan. If needed, add some water; put cover on pan and simmer for 20 minutes.Welcome!
