250g ham
1 cup mashed potatoe
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup coffeemilk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
salt pepper
stock of 2 cubes
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
Mix all ingredients well except for stock.Knead and shape them in form of little bread rolls. Place them next to eachother in oven dish. Pour over the bouillon and cover the whole with tin foil.Set in oven for 45 minutes 175- 375F medium hot. Replace foil; heat over high heat to create a nice golden brown color on top of loafs.
