1 long baquette
500g ground meat
onion chopped
italian cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 slice bread soaked in milk drained
1 clove garlic
good pinch cumin
salt pepper
breadcrumbs
Mix everything except cheese. Put in oven dish; sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese. Place in oven till ‘pikant’ and crunchy top layer 40-60 minutes. Cut bread in thick slices; remove little bread; fill with meat mixture; back in oven for 5 minutes .Yummie.. and Bon appetit!
