Ingredients

400g ground meat
salt
250g sauerkraut
4 junipers
1 teaspoon cumin
4 tablespoons white wine
1 teaspoon black pepper
8 slices (thin) bacon
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
Cook sauerkraut and junipers.No longer than 25 minutes. Mix meat with salt & pepper, parsley and make 4 meat cookies. Bake them on 1 side ;On that side put some sauerkraut and wrap around some slices of thin cut bacon. Fry steakes in butter golden brown. Bon appetit!
