Ingredients

4 slices white bread no crust
2 beaten eggs
750 gr ground meat
salt pepper
1/2 can soup
1 cup champignons
1 tablespoon chopped celery
Hello folks

This is for an easy sunday..
Make bread crumbs. Beat eggs and mix with celery, salt and pepper through meat. Stir in soup and put the mixture in an medium heated oven for about 45 minutes to an hour.
check regularly.

STEP2
Serve in slices with filled canneloni. ..Or put it on your bread for a break during a good sundays walk!
(In that case use none or much less soup and grease your mold.Also time in oven may be shorter)

TIP: mix in finely cut onion and bacon.
