350g ground beef
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnemon
lemmon slices garnish
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1/4 cup pistache nuts
1 egg beaten
1/2 teaspoon coriander
60g flour
2 tablespoons oil
Meat crumbs, nuts, egg and spices; mix well in a bowl. Make a ball out of 1 tablespoon of mixture ;roll through flour. Heat oil in heavy pan. Fry little balls in oil and drain on paper toweling. Serve as snack; garnish with lemmon slices or with salad. Enjoy!
