1 tablespoon chopped celery
cup of ground beef
4-5 big champignons
Spice beef with salt, pepper, celery, nutmeg, garlic. Bake ground beef with champignons in ten minutes over medium heat till done. Add salt, pepper and a bit of flour to thicken mixture. Put on slices of bread or rolls and sprinkle with some finely chopped parsley and sauces. Enjoy!
