Ingredients

1000g mixed ground meat
2 beaten eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
3/4 cup mashed potatoe
salt pepper
1 pinch of curry
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1/2 cup coffee milk
1 chopped clove
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 pinch of ginger
1 pinch of nutmeg
Soak crumbs in coffee milk. Mix meat with eggs,celery, breadcrumbs, mashed potatoe ,salt, pepper , brown sugar , chopped clove , ginger , nutmeg , curry and make balls not too big. Roll them through flour and bake them in butter nicely brown.Give the pan a good shake now and then. Add some water to butter and bind gravy with some flour. Enjoy!
